The Fitness Marshall, Caleb Marshall and Backup Booties, Haley Jordan and Bria Nachele want you to unleash your inner Fitness Pop Star at this live cardio concert! 45 minutes of follow along cardio concert routines to your favorite songs.

333 Method • 9:30-10:15 AM

Bring your inner Athlete out for Chase Weber’s 333 Method. Working on strength, power and stability! Get your sweat on by doing a mixture of high/low impact exercises, along with agility movements that will really make you feel the burn!

PUSH • 11:30 AM-12:15 PM

Experience a mix of cardio kickboxing, plyometrics and choreographed push-up drills. This class will spike your heart rate and lift you out of your comfort zone. Get lost in the music and PUSH!

re-SHAPE Your Summer Energy Flow • 2:30-3:15 PM

The NW Method is a dynamic mind-body experience which sculpts your curves, frees your spirit and helps condition the body and mind to connect with one’s personal power. Nicole Winhoffer created this one-of-a-kind program to ignite confidence and promote a mind, body and soul connection through choreographed movement and expression, all while changing your figure. The 45-minute workout, through repetition, targets the 3 major problem areas of the body: behind the arms, the waist, and the buttocks all while choreographed to the beat of a curated playlist.

StokedFit Core • 9:30-10:15 AM

The perfect mash-up of two of Kira’s award winning Stoked Series offerings, Stoked 360 and Stoked AthletiCORE. This Body Shop exclusive workout will feature 30 minutes of highly curated, energized, form focused circuits combining strength, power and endurance followed by 30 minutes of fine-tuning core goodness – think time under tension ab and glutes work that will have you feeling the burn for days to come. Notorious F.I.T. with Jenny Gaither • 10:30-11:15 AM

This high-energy, hip hop cardio class is structured to give dancers (and non-dancers) of all-levels an opportunity to use old-school hip hop and the beats of fierce women like Beyonce and Rihanna to build stamina, strength, flexibility, body conditioning and rhythm isolations. Take a break from the traditional dance class setting and move in a casual, club-type environment that will leave you feeling sassy, strong and confident.

LEVELZ-High Intensity Interval Training • 11:30 AM-12:15 PM

The class will be split into 6 different groups at 6 different stations where they will perform intense plyometric exercises for 45 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. They then move to the next station to perform another exercise! The class will last 45 minutes; a 15 minute warm up followed by a 30 minute HIIT training.

Box Beyond Your Limits with BoxUnion • 10:30-11:15 AM

No heavy bag? No problem. This 45 minute class brings the calorie burn, energizing music and mental focus of the BoxUnion signature heavy bag class outside of the studio. Combining shadowboxing, cardio, plyometrics and core work, our total-body workout sculpts and tones muscles, focuses the mind and empowers the soul. No boxing experience necessary.
